Beautiful Hotel while staff are helpful & friendly. Room was large, clean & quiet but reservation requests were not followed - details were overlooked & if not mentioned would not have been addressed. Breakfast was delecious & plentiful. Location can't be any better for sight seeing. Great place to stay in the heart of Ottawa

The hotel was great. It was clean and close to where I wanted to be. I would definetly recommend it.
