The Pearson Ballroom is located on the mezzanine level, easily accessed by an escalator. This Ottawa meeting room is 2200 square feet (55 x 40 ft) and can comfortably accommodate large functions or events. For smaller groups or breakouts the Pearson room can be subdivided into Pearson A and Pearson B. Just outside the Pearson Ballroom is a foyer area ideal for breaks and registration.
The Laurier Room is conveniently located on the mezzanine level, just off of the Pearson Room and mezzanine. At 720 square feet, it is the perfect choice for a classroom for 30 people.

The Lady Elgin Room reflects the proud history of the Lord Elgin with its dark woods, and historic paintings. Just off of the main lobby, the Lady Elgin features large windows overlooking Confederation Park. The Ottawa meeting room can be blacked out for audio visual presentations. At 1225 square feet the room is perfect for classroom for 50, theatre for 100, or banquet for 72 people.
The MacDonald Room has been redesigned to complement the hotel’s elegant new lobby. With dark wood accents and rich toned carpets, the room is sure to inspire. Overhead skylights ensure natural light for long sessions. Easily blacked out for audio-visuals, the room is 1122 square feet ideal for 45 classroom, 85 theatre, or Ottawa banquets for 64 people.
The St. Laurent Room displays art from a well-known local artist against a bright yellow backdrop. Guests enjoy the natural light from oversized windows facing Confederation Park and the convenience of the room’s proximity to the restaurant and Pearson Ballroom.

The Ontario and Quebec Rooms are located on the lower lobby and are ideal for groups with multiple sessions or breakout requirements. The two rooms share a common foyer area. Used together or alone, each offers the flexibility your group is looking for. The Ontario Room is 1800 square feet for 150 people theatre style, 75 classroom, or 40 U-shape. The Quebec Room is 1258 square feet ideal for 60 people theatre style, 40 people classroom or 72 people in rounds.

Floors 2 through 8 feature elegant Boardrooms (200 – 800), each inspired by the same design as the new guestrooms. Boardrooms feature High-speed Internet, an en-suite washroom, permanent screen/whiteboard, swivel ergonomic desk chairs, and natural light. Boadrooms can accommodate from 12 to 40 people, depending on the suite chosen.
