Shannon, the food and the catering were absolutely wonderful. You could not have done more to meet our needs. The one little glitch for the break time on Friday morning was so well covered. All of the meals were great – and the people serving and managing were so helpful and attentive.

On our conference evaluation forms over half of the registrants commented on how well taken care of they felt by all of the hotel staff, right from the people making up the rooms to servers, reception staff, everyone. I also received many verbal comments throughout the weekend on how much people really enjoyed the hotel. There was a motion put forward during our AGM to only have the conference every two years instead of every year. Someone commented that we really didn't need so much luxury. One of our long time members stood up and said, that, although that was probably true, she had felt so grateful to be able to come and be taken care off instead of always being the care taker. The motion was soundly defeated.

I received and continue to receive compliments from delegates and exhibitors alike in the selection of the venue, your hotel as the choice for the 2007 conference. Everyone I spoke with during the event was extremely pleased with the service, attention to smallest details and the polite and courteous manner in which your personnel dealt with all of the questions, issues, requests, or problems that any of the guests brought forward.

The membership was very impressed with the level of service they received from the opening, beginning with the Wine and Cheese event on Sept 17 to the close at the banquet on Sept 19.
