“On behalf of the Association, Canadian Mineral Analysts, my conference planning committee comprised of myself, Jonathan Forrest, Christine Scriver, Barbara Merryweather, and Larry Drago and all of the delegates and exhibitors who attended the event I would like to thank you and your staff for doing a superb job of attending to all of the social, technical and exhibitor events over the course of the week of Sept 17-20, 2007.
I received and continue to receive compliments from delegates and exhibitors alike in the selection of the venue, your hotel as the choice for the 2007 conference. Everyone I spoke with during the event was extremely pleased with the service, attention to smallest details and the polite and courteous manner in which your personnel dealt with all of the questions, issues, requests, or problems that any of the guests brought forward.
The membership was very impressed with the level of service they received from the opening, beginning with the Wine and Cheese event on Sept 17 to the close at the banquet on Sept 19. Many comments on the fantastic job with the Wine and Cheese and I thank you for your advice on the Brie and Cranberry it was a big hit.
I would especially like to thank Yanik Bedard, Stefanie Seguin, Ron Ahern and Stefanie from banquets for the effort they put forward.
In closing ladies and gentlemen I have yet to hear anything but praise for facility and all of your staff and I know that from the comments I have received they will be talking about the Ottawa 2007 conference at the Historic Lord Elgin Hotel for years to come.
